Shipping and returns

Package shipment

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via Correos Express with tracking number and delivery with signature.

Shipping costs (if any, for areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Balearic Islands, and all international shipments outside the peninsula) include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Return Policy

Shipments, from the moment payment is made via Paypal, or credit card take an average of approximately 24 to 72 business hours.

The returns will be made once we receive the package to return, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer, from the time of receipt will be made a direct refund to the card or Paypal account through which the transaction was made.

In case there has been an error on the part of Stelars Clothing, and these errors are demonstrable, the brand will bear all shipping costs and other expenses that may arise.

Return process

To proceed with a return you must send the garment(s) to the following address: C/ Lopez de Hoyos 474 9-4 28043 Madrid/ Madrid, telf: 625015018 (Stelars Clothing). Once we receive the item we will contact you and we will send you the new garment requested, for this it is necessary that inside the package you include a note with your data and your phone number (do not forget to also include the new size you wish to receive).
